We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through this website, our quote and booking process, and the day-to-day delivery of our courier and logistics services.

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of our services:
- Contact data: name, email, phone number, business address and job title.
- Business data: company name, registration details, industry and account information.
- Booking data: collection and delivery addresses, consignment details, timing and special instructions.
- Delivery data: recipient name and signature, POD photographs, GPS timestamps.
- Payment data: billing address and invoice history (card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers, not stored by us).
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data collected through this website.
- Communications data: records of correspondence with our team, including emails and call recordings for training and quality.

- respond to quote requests and booking enquiries;
- plan, dispatch and complete your courier or logistics job;
- keep you updated on collection, transit and delivery;
- invoice for work performed and manage account customers;
- meet our legal, insurance, health & safety and regulatory obligations;
- investigate incidents, complaints and insurance claims;
- improve our website, service and operational performance;
- where you have opted in, send you occasional service updates.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, for example on international courier jobs or where a service provider hosts data overseas, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses or recognised adequacy decisions.

How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements. Consignment and delivery records are typically retained for at least six years, and driver-hours and financial records for the periods required by law.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff and ongoing training on data handling and security.

- request erasure of personal data in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing of your data;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format;
